By creating an order with expertmua.co.uk you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms and conditions found below:


Expertmua.co.uk will only carry out work when an agreement is provided either by email, mail or telephone. To be provided with services from expertmua.co.uk you must be above the age of 18 and provide sufficient evidence to prove that you are a qualified beautician or makeup artist. When an order for a website is placed this is deemed as a written or verbal contract between expertmua.co.uk and you the client, this includes, but is not limited to, email and telephone agreements.

Expertmua.co.uk cannot and will not guarantee any particular position on any search engine. The ranking of your site with regards to search engines are not associated or the responsibility of expertmua.co.uk. Your website will be submitted to all major search engines and will be created with SEO (search engine optimisation) in mind. Any further work you may require with regards to SEO and content writing will be available to you as an extra add-on service.

Website Design & Rental

Every effort will be made to ensure that any scripts, programs and the website are free from error however expertmua.co.uk cannot accept responsibility for any losses incurred due to malfunction with regards to the website or any other services provided.
The website, any graphics used and any programming code will remain the property of expertmua.co.uk during the period of rental, the option to buy the website outright may be given; in which case the ownership of property will be given to you the client. Any content and media provided by a client will remain their property. The domain name also will remain the property of the client. If the clients opts to buy the site fees for this purchase will vary depending on the work that has been carried out and will be for a price agreed between expertmua.co.uk and its clients, this will be confirmed in writing and invoices will be provided.
Expertmua.co.uk cannot and will not take or accept responsibility for any copyright infringements caused by any material submitted by the client. Expertmua.co.uk reserve the right to refuse any material/content that has breached any copyrighting rules, regulations or laws unless there has been adequate proof provided by the client that there has been permissions to allow the use of said material.
Expertmua.co.uk is not responsible and cannot be made responsible for any content/material submitted to the website via the CMS (content management system) on the clients’ website. We reserve the right to remove any copyrighted material used, we reserve the right to remove any offensive material used and we reserve the right to refuse any further service until the issue has been resolved. Expertmua.co.uk reserve the right to terminate any contracts and services provided with regards to any offensive content inputted into the website or other online platforms associated with the website.
Expertmua.co.uk cannot be held responsible for any validation errors on any pages within the website after the CMS has been used by the client. The website provided by expertmua.co.uk will be fully W3C compliant when the website goes live, expertmua.co.uk is no longer in control of the websites validation status from the moment the client uses the CMS to edit content.
Expertmua.co.uk will work with the client to ensure the rectification of any errors as soon as possible, however expertmua.co.uk cannot be held responsible for any page or website failures due to changes made using the CMS.
Any additions to briefs provided by the client, including charges for those additions will be carried out at the discretion of expertmua.co.uk, expertmua.co.uk cannot accept any responsibility to ensure that any additions are error free and reserve the right to charge accordingly for any necessary corrections to any additions.
Any client using the services of expertmua.co.uk agrees to make available, within reason, all materials required by expertmua.co.uk to complete the website to the agreed and expected standard within the set time-frame agreed between the client and expertmua.co.uk. Expertmua.co.uk will not be liable for costs incurred, loss of earnings or compensation due to the failure to meet the agreed deadlines.
Expertmua.co.uk is not liable for any losses of monies, losses of information or website malfunctioning with regards to using the ecommerce system which is powered by WordPress – Woocommerce, a list of their terms and conditions surrounding this subject can be found at: https://woocommerce.com/terms-conditions/ A copy of these terms and conditions can be provided upon request if you are, for any reason, unable to access them online.
Expertmua.co.uk will not be liable or become involved in any disputes between the site owner and its clients and cannot be held responsible for any wrongdoing on the part of the site owner. Expertmua.co.uk will also not be responsible or liable for any costs incurred, loss of earnings or compensation with regards to the work carried out on behalf of the client or any of the agents appointed by the client.
It is expected for the client to purchase the set-up fee of; £49 for a 3 page website, £99 for a 6 page website and £149 for a 9 page website before any work will be carried out. This figure may vary depending on whether the client would like more work to be carried out, however if the client would prefer to have a bespoke website designed then it is recommended by us to use the services of webdesigndirective.co.uk. There are no exceptions allowed for failing to make this payment, there will be no requirement for expertmua.co.uk to refund this money once work has been started to create the site.
Upon completion of the website, from the date the website goes live, the client has agreed to pay the sums of; £15 per month for a 3 page website, £27.50 per month for a 6 page website and £35 per month for a 9 page website. The only exception to making these monthly payments is if the client no longer requires the site and it has not gone live. From the moment the website goes live the client is expected and required by contractual agreement to pay the necessary amount until the month end from the date of the website going live. Non-payment will result in legal action being taken if necessary.


The minimum contract you will be entering into with expertmua.co.uk will be for a period of 12 months. After this period of time there will be a requirement of 90 days written notice that you would like to terminate the agreement. The option of purchasing the website will be given to the client cancelling the agreement. The website files will be kept for a period of 3 months to allow the client the option to change their mind and continue using the service provided by expertmua.co.uk. Cancellation requests must be submitted to designt@expertmua.co.uk. Failure to follow the cancellation policy provided by expertmua.co.uk will result in the continuation of the client being billed as normal. Missed or skipped payments will accrue and failure to make a payment may result in formal action being taken using, but not limited to, in-house demand for payment, third party debt collector proceedings or court action being taken. Payment plans for outstanding debt may be set up between expertmua.co.uk and its clients at the discretion of expertmua.co.uk depending on client circumstances.

Additional Maintenance and Support

Expertmua.co.uk may charge for any required additional work that is undertaken. Usually the charge will be calculated at an hourly rate; however this is not always the case and depends on the work required by the client. All additional charges for extra work will be discussed and agreed between expertmua.co.uk and its clients before any work is carried out.


With every website that has been designed, expertmua.co.uk will endeavour to ensure that the site works when viewed in all major internet browsers, however, can expertmua.co.uk will not guarantee that the sites will function correctly on all internet browser software(s). As part of the service expertmua.co.uk we will ensure that any websites created are mobile friendly, this will improve your visibility with regards to search engines and help improve your ranking. There may be problems due to particular mobile internet browsers and we do not accept responsibility for this.

Website Hosting

Expertmua.co.uk hosts all of our sites on servers run by webdesigndirective.co.uk, they will be able to provide you more information with regards to the servers used. If you opt to buy the website after the contractual agreement has ended you will be able to host the website on any server of your choosing, there is no obligation to keep the site hosted on our servers.


Charges for services and payment information can be found in the ‘Website Design & Rental’ section of these Terms and Conditions. It is the policy of expertmua.co.uk that any outstanding payments for any accounts held with us must be paid in full within 7 days of the invoice being sent to the client unless there have been other arrangements agreed between expertmua.co.uk and its client(s).
Once the first initial payment for the creation of the website has been made you have entered into a 12 month contract with an agreed monthly cost that you will be obliged to pay in full over that period of time. If you wish to end the contract earlier than agreed you will be expected to pay the amount in full within 7 days of the cancellation.
Expertmua.co.uk will contact its clients via email or telephone to remind them of said payments if they are not received when they are due.
If any outstanding accounts are not settled this may result in further action being taken and the removal of the website and access denied. Legal proceeding will be implemented if there is a consistency of non-payment.


Expertmua.co.uk will never share or sell any of your details with third party companies.


We prefer to deal with complaints as best and as friendly as we can informally. The complaints procedure highlighted here should only be used if the complainant feels strongly that their complaint cannot be dealt with informally.
Any formal complaint must be sent in writing to expertmua.co.uk who will acknowledge receipt of this complaint and ensure that the complaint is investigated as soon as possible.
An initial response will be provided to the client when acknowledging receipt of the complaint within 7 days. A full and considered response to the complaint should be complete and received by the client within 30 days of expertmua.co.uk receiving the complaint. Any subsequent remedies with regards to the complaint should be delivered within this 30 day period.


The Client, client, client(s) – The company, person or person(s) requesting and purchasing the services provided and supplied by expertmua.co.uk.

Expertmua.co.uk – The web developer, designer and owner responsible for providing the services offered. Also its employees, affiliates or partners.
